Mr. Steinmetz has thirty years in the field of managed care and pharmaceutical services has afforded Steve Steinmetz an in-depth knowledge of the evolving health care industry.

The exective level positions held provide extensive experience across a broad spectrum of pharmaceutical and healthcare service markets including, retail, mail service, PBM, specialty, infusion, oncology, disease management, hospital systems, managed care, Medicaid, genetic diagnostics, and health data analytics. Employment with two large payers covering over 60 million lives affords Steve with the knowledge of payer owned PBMs as well as the health plan decision process.

In addition, Mr. Steinmetz was pivotal in the growth and development of a Philadelphia based specialty pharmacy, where he was instrumental in the acquisition of that organization by Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy. Steve was also an equity partner in a home infusion company, where he established disease management and early hospital discharge programs while contracting and navigating through the fee for service and capitated payer programs has extensive training and experience in management, sales force development, contract negotiations, brand positioning, strategic planning and budgeting for profit improvement.
