Home Infusion Accreditation

Meeting CMS Requirements
As many of you know D2 works with Specialty pharmacies in a variety of arenas, including but not limited to Operations, Licensing, Accreditation and most recently Digital Patient Engagement. As part of our accreditation support, we have helped over 200 entities become accredited and support accreditation in the areas of URAC, ACHC, VIPPS, VAWD and the Joint Commissions.
CMS has recently announced their decision to approve URAC as a recognized home infusion therapy supplier accreditor. This accreditation insures that a home infusion therapy supplier must meet the Medicare conditions for coverage (CfCs). D2 had the privilege to work with AIS Healthcare to support this particular initiative and assist AIS in being the first to attain URAC’s Medicare Home Infusion Therapy Supplier Accreditation Standards. Congratulations to AIS Healthcare.
