A licensed CPA for 25 years, Ms. Rumpler brings a variety of industry experience including various roles in specialty and long-term care pharmacy financial management and operations. Her responsibilities have crossed business units and programs working with both external and internal customers to provide satisfaction and ensure quality deliverables with fiscal responsibility.
Ms. Rumpler has served as a trusted resource in the decision-making process of national specialty pharmacies by leveraging her analytical and business skills. She has negotiated and managed pharmacy wholesaler and manufacturer contracts as well as payer contracts. From patient demographics analysis and state specific licensing requirements to inspection oversight, Ms. Rumpler has successfully managed the build-out of nationwide retail and 340B clinic-based pharmacies serving behavioral health and AIDS/HIV communities. She has served in leadership positions providing a focus on internal controls, process improvement, and automation across lines of business.
Ms. Rumpler fulfills a key role at D2 facilitating the development, monitoring and evaluation of overall corporate strategy with emphasis on bottom line performance, working capital and enhancing value. She provides useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy.
Ms. Rumpler earned her Bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University and is a Certified Public Accountant in The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
